Electric Grill
Small Household Appliances | Industrial Design
Industrial product design of an electric grill with a glass lid, developed in SolidWorks. The plastic housing, sheet metal parts, and mechanical components of the electric grill were designed by me, and the product molds were prepared for production. Only the small PBT part used inside the product was evaluated as an existing component.

Tea Maker

Electric tea maker and teapot design developed in SolidWorks. The plastic housing, mechanical structure, and assembly details of the tea maker were designed according to a shared heating element structure. All plastic and mechanical parts, except for the heating element, were designed and molded for production.

Air Humidifier
Small Household Appliances | Industrial Design
Ultrasonic air humidifier product design developed in SolidWorks. The product was designed according to a shared PCB and internal component layout. The plastic housing, water tank, steam outlet, and mechanical details were designed from scratch, and the molds were produced for manufacturing.

Sandwich Press

Kitchen-type electric sandwich press design developed in SolidWorks. The plastic housing, hinge system, handle, and mechanical assembly were designed according to shared heating plates and latch structure. The molds for the production-oriented plastic parts were manufactured.

Stand Mixer

Stand mixer and dough kneading machine design developed in SolidWorks. The plastic housing, supporting structure, and external components of the mixer were designed according to a shared motor and internal components. The mold development process was prepared for the parts intended for production.

Bread Box

Foldable plastic bread box design developed in SolidWorks. A modern foldable plastic bread box was designed to improve shipping efficiency. The body, lid mechanism, and user interaction details were developed, and the molds were manufactured.

Rubber Multi-Socket Outlet

Industrial-type rubber multi-socket outlet design. The plastic/rubber body of the multi-socket outlet was designed based on shared internal components and cable holder parts used in automation systems. The external body, cover, and mechanical details of the product were designed, and the molds were produced for manufacturing.

Interlocked Portable Socket

Industrial interlocked portable socket design. The body design of the interlocked portable socket was developed according to shared internal components, cable glands, and connection parts used in automation systems. The housing, cover, and connection details of the product were designed and prepared for production through mold manufacturing.

Three-Phase Plug & Socket

Industrial three-phase plug and socket set. The plastic housings of three-phase and single-phase plug-socket products were designed according to shared electrical components and connection parts used in automation systems. The mechanical details, assembly structure, and usage durability were considered during the design process, and the molds were produced for manufacturing.

Industrial three-phase machine socket design. Designed for installation on electrical panels and machines, this product was developed with a focus on mounting surface geometry, screw points, cover structure, and internal component placement in accordance with technical requirements.

Distribution Panel

Electrical distribution panel and fuse box design. A compact and organized distribution panel design was developed by considering internal module placement, cover movement, wall mounting, cable channels, and service access.

Cable Reel Trolley

Industrial cable reel trolley. Designed for construction site and workshop use, this project brings together carrying ergonomics, cable winding capacity, body durability, and a wheeled transport system in a single functional solution.

3D Adjustable Door Hinge
PVC Accessories | Industrial Design
Zamak die-cast 3D adjustable door hinge. Developed for PVC door systems, this hinge design combines 3D adjustment capability, zamak die-cast body strength, screw connections, and profile compatibility.

Adjustable Window Hinge

Adjustable window hinge design. In this project, which enables controlled movement of window sashes, the adjustment mechanism, connection points, metal part placement, and ease of installation were considered throughout the mechanical design process.

Lockable Door & Window Handle

Lockable door and window handle. Designed with security, ergonomics, and manufacturability in mind, this product evaluates the lock mechanism, grip form, connection areas, and compatibility with PVC profiles as a complete design solution.

Emergency Lighting

Wall and ceiling-mounted LED emergency lighting fixture design. Based on component layout information, the plastic housing and enclosure design of the wall-mounted emergency lighting fixture were developed. The model was created in SolidWorks, and the render was prepared using Blender Cycles.
